How to set up PAYPAL for payment by card without registering in PP?

The site has set up payment via PP using cards. After being redirected to the PP website, in addition to the card parameters fields, the buyer is also shown the billing address, and even offers to register with PP.

Buyers complain and just want to pay with a card without registering in the PP and other imposed fields.
