Hello!
I am looking for a service for accepting payment cards, which would not send non-cash at the output (as everyone does), but webmoney. This is done, for example, by Robokassa and Liqpay (there is no direct exchange, but there are intermediaries). But, for many reasons, they do not suit me.
Are there any alternatives?

Rookassa is generally terrible - I waited three months to activate my account, a complete ignore of technical support.
Then I tried Interkassa - very large percentages are obtained, almost 20% in some replenishment systems. Refused.
As a result, I connected Sprypay and am extremely satisfied.
Interest is lower than in the interkassa. Withdrawal to webmoney, commission 3%
