In general, hello everyone.
I got.
I am a citizen of Russia. I had:
1. a paypal account with a linked card of a Russian bank vtb24 (to which I still didn’t understand how to withdraw money, because they have transit common accounts that it’s not clear how to link)
2. a paypal account with a Polish bank card (from a great mind when registration deliberately made one mistake in the last name)
When it came to linking a Polish bank account, nothing happened because of this mistake. I tried to change the name through the support service, sending documents confirming the identity according to their instructions.
As a result, at first they banned me for a while, then they unblocked me, but the name was not changed. I again let's change it.
As a result, they sent me a letter that they no longer work with me, they block the money for 180 days, and then they will send a letter with instructions on how to enter it.
on the account of 700 euros, which were hardly earned by remote work.
it is clear that she herself stirred up this confusion, but now I wonder:
1. Will my Russian account be closed?
2. Where will I be offered to withdraw funds? or not dream about it?

I'm telling. After 180 days, I wrote to the support service, they explained everything to me and the money was withdrawn to a bank account. Everything ended well.

Strange situation: Perhaps you do not agree on something or missed something.
Options:
1. You were caught cheating somewhere, or the situation looks like fraud and deceit, or you ended up in the chain of passage of stolen money.
2. You knowingly and repeatedly tried to deceive PayPal, or violated their rules.
(Perhaps they asked you for confirmation from the Russian tax to the Polish account. PayPal knows the intricacies of national legislation :-(.
