If you want to accept payments on the site without connecting payment aggregators, then you first need to conclude agreements with all payment systems that will be used on the site and with one of the banks that will act as an acquiring system for accepting payments from cards. We signed contracts, passed testing (moderation, so to speak) and are on our way with a commission from each payment.

It is impossible to accept payment without a commission on the site online. All payment units providing bank acquiring services charge a commission for this, after all, this is their bread.
The only way to get paid from a client without a commission is to ask the latter to make a bank transfer using your account details and, of course, you can’t do this in one click from your site. By the way, speaking of accepting payments, there is an interesting option to use card-to-card transfer
services to accept payments on the site . This method has the advantage that you do not actually need to register anywhere, so you receive transfers directly to your card, as an individual.

Good evening!
The commission will still be from the bank that will process the payments, but it will be lower (usually it depends on the number of transactions and how you agree with the bank).
But for all this, you will need to pass PCI DSS certification https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_DSS and pay from $50,000 to a mastercard. And every year you will have to pay about the same amount, so only those who already have really larger transaction volumes directly connect payments, since it becomes profitable for them.
