About ngrok error 108 how to fix it?

The guys need a lot of help in the termux, I write ./Ngrok http 80 but throws it into the system and then throws it out and writes ERR_NGROK_108 with a yellow inscription

Google says that this happens if connections are hung. Try to reset the process: Use the command to see what process id (PID) ngrok has, then
kill it with the command. Then repeat your command from the question. Taken from here . topkill -9 {PID}
