Automatic channel change when attacking an AP?

I recently decided to try programs such as mdk3 / 4 and aircrack-ng on my home Wi-Fi.
As expected, I began to deauthenticate devices connected to the AP with the following commands:

aireplay-ng --deauth 20 -a 00:00:00:00:00 wlp2s0nom

Or
mdk3 wlp2s0mon d -c 5 -s 1000
But noticed such an oddity that when all devices are "suddenly" disconnected from the AP, the router changes the channel.
How to jam an AP on a permanent basis if the "victim" changes the channel without interrupting the attack itself with the Ctrl + C keys?

@ky0

wifijammer , as far as I remember, can jam on any channel without restarting.

Run air mon without specifying a channel?
I don't remember exactly, I haven't dabbled in this for a long time
