A time tracking system for multiple sites?

We are looking for a system (paid / free) for recording the working time of employees at facilities. Those. there is a certain pool of objects that company employees occasionally visit.
Work logic:
An employee arrives at the facility and makes a “check-in” on his mobile phone, and then also a “check-out” after completing work before leaving. All this goes to the server, and the manager in the office responsible for the system reviews and compiles weekly / monthly reports.
So far, everything has been implemented at the level of a telegram bot into which messages from employees are dumped and which sends data to google tables. Naturally, there is no need to talk about any convenience and statistics.
Maybe someone knows or has come across a system where you can separate time tracking into different objects?

Greetings! But can you tell me your solution telegram-bot + google-tables, based on which bot is it made? Self-written?
Found a solution through a bunch of IFTTT + Google spreadsheet. But, there is a problem that each user has his own table, to which he will have access.
We need a solution where employees in telegrams would be marked upon arrival at the workplace and only managers would have access to the pivot table.
What can you advise?

There is a beautiful solution that installs a mobile application on the smartphone of employees, and the smartphone, in terms of its functionality, turns into a terminal for registering arrivals and departures . At the facility, you store the mifare card with the help of which the employee will make a "check-in" in the application. All data is then aggregated in the software. An important nuance is that employees' smartphones must be with NFC.
Or less beautiful, but working properly, with the speaking name bypass control .
