Free task scheduler for personal use?

Hello. Tell me a free task scheduler for personal use like Todoist, you need the following functions:
- An application for Android (widget would be ideal)
- desktop version or web
- Adding tasks, subtasks
- Setting priorities
- Adding comments and attachments to a task
- Assigning a date for a task
- Ability to create project folders

He can do everything that you described, but free is achieved if you already have some kind of vps where you can raise it. However, it is not very resource intensive, especially for personal use.

Google Keep is quite good in all of the above, although it is not a planner in its purest form. Organized as cards.

Bitrix24 can do all this and even more, but it didn’t work for me. But Habitica was just right.
