Why do web applications run slowly with a good signal?

There was a problem with the new phone - web applications are very slow (as if ping> 9000). at the same time, the wi-fi signal is excellent and there are no such problems in the browser.
Phone model: highscreen zera s power
Internet: Rostelecom 8Mbps

Internet connection speed is not a panacea. There can be a million reasons, for example, the server where the backend part of the application is running is stupid.

There are 3 options left:
1. The server is dumb.
2. A large number of simultaneous connections to the server and / or flow limitation.
3. Not optimized JS front-end and as a result slow JS execution.

it seems to me that the matter is not in the application (s), because the same apps worked fine with 3G. can android somehow block requests for wifi connection?

Perhaps you have a virus on your phone. Or just iron does not pull.
