A stable working bunch of server + VNC client under windows7?

Good afternoon.
There was a need to select a stable server-client connection for remote control of computers. Currently we use UltraVNC, the quality of which leaves much to be desired. This is a slow speed, and the need to constantly update the image, and the worst thing - problems with switching keyboard layouts.
I want to find a stable working free alternative.

I use TightVNC, I did not notice any problems with the layout. And the speed will be low, VNC is based on the transfer of the changed areas of the screen as pictures.
