How to create an online library of books?

Good afternoon.
The task is to create an online library of books, but so far there is no idea what resources are better to use, maybe there are some open source projects or a suitable framework.
The main tasks of the library is the convenient addition of books with a large number of formats, online reading.

The Library has two interfaces - front end for users and backend for library operators.
Take a look at Odoo - this is a business application builder, the backend is built according to the described models and the described fields in the interface, and the front end is based on the built-in Website application.
