Who knows a decent access control system with an API fingerprint reader?

I would like to find an access control system that could, when a user is authorized by fingerprint, send a notification to the server (via a mobile network or Ethernet) that the user has entered.
for a couple of days of searching, I did not find anything other than Anviz and ZKTeco systems.
Anviz T60 GSM is suitable in all respects except for the open API. According to the developers, there will be some kind of "cloud service" for data synchronization. but at the moment it is not.

The solution to the problem was the Anviz C5 access control system.
it doesn’t seem to have a documented API, but if you dig into the admin panel code, you can get a list of methods that completely repeat all the functionality of their proprietary application.
for example, you can track visits in real time on request deviceip/realtime.cgi?userid=0&time=TIMESTAMP&pagesize=N&user=<>&userkey=<>
in theory, you can get all the same on a cheaper model (say, Anviz T5PRO) , but it was not possible to test something else.

look towards BOLID access control systems. WE implemented Orion-PRO. For fingerprints, the essence will be almost the same, only more controllers

Prosoft Biometrics. You need a Biosmart line. www.bio-smart.ru/product/controller-biosmart-4o
