How to autocomplete input?

Does Google have an api for such benefits? Where can I get json or xml from? So far, alas, I have found it only for Google maps, figured it out, everything works, but I need it to search the network as a whole.
ps saw extension in chrome

Previously, there was definitely such an API, as it is now not in the know.

here the guys say that everything works , pull
the link suggestqueries.google.com/complete/search?client=f... , parse json with autocomplete options. like someone suggested a solution without downloading, I didn’t particularly study the issue.

It is written in the comments, but, very big but, it is better to receive the feed in api3, there are many settings for receiving and ranking.
