A smart mini oven from a regular one is possible?

I thought about converting an electric oven into a smart one. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow remake it so that it can be controlled via phone or web panel

Nothing is impossible
The simplest option: temperature sensor + esp12 (and analogues) + relay and if you don’t want to mess with the code, then blynk is a wonderful thing.
PS The wind cabinet is not a light bulb, the thing is a little dangerous, it will not be superfluous to put some kind of protection. DIY devices often "buggy" and if not a fire, then smoke is a very real scenario.
