I need to get acquainted with the scheme for D-Link Des-3028, tell me where to find it? In general, on what resources can and should I look for schemes?

If you are not the first to do this, just look at the report made by your predecessors.
If the first - solder one at a time, read the marking or measure with an RLC meter and set the h as a margin for rating and voltage.
