Which relay to take for switching 12V DC on a 220V AC signal?

In general, I am assembling a smart home here, but since my hands, although they grow more or less from my shoulders, I am not very strong in electrical engineering.
So I have the following task: there is a motion sensor that is powered by 220V and outputs 220V. There is a microcircuit that is powered by 12V and has a signal input, respectively, also 12V. Accordingly, I have a power supply of 220V and 12V.
It is necessary to connect the sensor and the circuit to each other. Accordingly, you need a device that, depending on the presence of 220V voltage at the input from the inputs, will switch to the output either 12V or ground. Ideally, this thing should be powered by 12V. The relays that switch 220V by the presence of a five-volt signal are full, but I can’t find anything in the opposite direction.
It would be easier, of course, to find a twelve-volt motion sensor right away, but I'm not looking for easy ways, and this one is ideal in terms of its size and consumer characteristics.

A relay is simply a coil with a core that closes (opens) a contact when current flows through it. Take any relay for 220 volts, even such www.amperkin.ru/modulnye-knopki-rele-kontrolya/pro...
and connect them with a contact for at least 12 or 120 volts.

Somehow you complicate everything, you need to turn on the circuit from the 220V motion detector, so power the 12v power supply from this detector, you don’t need a relay here.
