A package for editing a video file?

Who is using what? There are reliable packages or cut yourself?
The main thing that worries now is concatenation, cutting, inserting watermark.
I'm sure there are already wrappers for ffmpeg libraries and the like somewhere in the open,
but it's empty here

IMHO, this is much easier to solve with a bash / shell than looking for ready-made packages.
