A name conflict or something on the network crashes the Internet in a virtual machine, how to fix it?

Greetings!
Tell me, can anyone come across this, I raise a certain number of virtual machines on win10, when there were more than 50 simultaneously running machines, I began to notice that from time to time in some VMs the Internet completely disappears, even the network control center displays an empty page (it seems like a failure occurs network driver), only a hard physical restart of the host system helps. I started watching events, in each problematic VM there is a NetBT failure event (It is impossible to bind the server to the transport \Device\... and so on..., since another computer on the network has the same name. The server cannot be started.) After this failure event judging by other events, the network is still working and after some time it fails. A VM hung in this way does not reboot, falls into an endless reboot and does not even allow the host system to be rebooted, have to hard reset. So the above error says that another computer on the network has the same name, but what is this name and how to set it so that there is no conflict? Could something else be causing this error?

But is the local network enough ip addresses that the router / dhcp server issues? also an option - there are machines on the network with a static ip address, and as soon as this address is issued to the machine via dhcp, both machines will have problems with the network (after some time, addresses will be issued to new machines, and the problem will be with another one)
