A lot of links on the pages, will they get in the way?

In general, at the bottom of the page I display all the categories that are on the site, will this interfere with promotion?
This is how it looks like:

But this is a small part, in other categories I have 300 pieces.
Will such a number of links affect promotion? or close all links in rel="nofollow" ?
I cannot close them from indexing. they are not included in the sitemap.

If these links will be needed by users (there will be transitions on them), so be it. No one goes - to remove. Nofollow is not needed. In my opinion, the section with links is not visual, not convenient. Product cards with photos would be the best solution.

this is 100% spam. and the search engine will treat it accordingly.
I would advise to completely redo the directory structure.
