What happened to the Promo-Soft service?

There was a Promo-Soft service. There was a lot of murky software, but one program worked pretty well.
This is a program for posting ads on Add2Board boards. I used it for many years, I saw a positive effect both for SEO and just clients from the boards came. And it worked well.
And then one day - oops! and everything is gone. The program stopped working (because it worked in combination with the Promo-Soft server). Phones on the site disappeared even ago, but the mail stopped responding.
And now some squatter is selling SEO services on their site.
What is surprising - how can a more or less working service that brings in money take and disappear?

@Grinvind

She did not work for a subscriber, but with a one-time payment. So either they had everything stored on one server and the person who hacked the site also stole the data of the service, or the support of this service became stupidly unprofitable for them. Well, as an alternative, I can offer you either Allsubmitter or Hrumer.

And what, Allsubmitter can also hammer on the boards in the machine, with captcha recognition?
So I have it, including the TOP-Base (supposedly manually selected decent resources).
But now I use BoardMaster - and compared to Add2Board, it makes me sad. Interface in the style of the early 90s. In addition, even though he says that he "posted on XXX boards", in the end he manages to find 20-30 ads.
