Landing Page and its indexing?

Hello. Explain if I understand correctly.
Interested in the indexing of the landing in which the menu is made in the form of anchors for sections on the page. The hash is added to the URL.
It is necessary that the phone number, address and place on the map appear in the search results ( example ), as I understand it, this is done using micro-markup.
And the fact that in the issue it is possible to go directly to the desired section ( example ) how is this done and is it possible in the case of a landing page and a hash in the url?
Landing without CMS, just HTML page

1. Phone, address and place on the map in the issue is done through "Yandex.Maps". Add your organization, write down your website. In a couple of weeks, the data will appear in the issue.
2. It's called sitelinks. And they can only be done for different pages, with a hash in the URL, unfortunately, this does not work yet.

www.omnitracker365.ru - everything is implemented here with transitions between sections. Positions in Yandex and Google are high, sections are indexed along with all pages. It all depends on the template.

1. Enter the office in Ya.Spravochnik - everything will appear over time.
2. For a landing or a new site, you won’t be able to get such a result, such anchors for sections appear automatically on highly visited sites, based on behavioral factors
