A laptop with which processor will be enough to comfortably work in a browser and other non-specific software for 3-5 years without having to change it?
Under special I mean PS, AE and other programs for working with video and images .. You won’t need it for games either.

I will answer subjectively. I've been on i3 for 3 years now. Even for games enough. And for working on the basis of web development, even including a parallel open Photoshop and even more so. Provided that the system and iron is kept clean. But what you should take care of, so as not to be nervous at times, is about SSD instead of HDD.

Based on the quality of modern laptops (7 years in the ASC), for 3-5 years I would take a MacBook Air or Pro. Look at the maximum RAM - it is soldered. The storage can then be increased.
