A good low profile mechanical keyboard?

I type a lot and quickly, like probably everyone here.
For the last 3 years there was a membrane keyboard, but for about the last 3 months I began to notice some kind of heaviness in pressing, they say they wear out. In general, everyone advises mechanics, but I don’t want to switch to a keyboard twice as high as the current one, so maybe someone can advise something suitable from low-profile ones.
The budget is not important if the keyboard is really worth it.
