A4Tech KV300H keyboard and DKVM 4U kvm switch do not work together. What can be done?

A4Tech KV300H keyboard and D-Link DKVM-4U KVM switch do not work together
On the computer, the keyboard directly immediately worked normally. There is a suspicion that the problem is in the hub built into the keyboard, since there are no problems with ordinary keyboards without a hub.
If my suspicion is correct - are there other keyboards that can work with this keyboard or a complete analogue of this keyboard without a hub?
On the main computer Win7x64 Sp1 Pro. Although I don't think it matters.
