A fast color printer with low cost per print?

I print board games for myself and friends at home. Now I use Epson XP-342. I like the cost of the print, I absolutely do not like the speed of work. I really want to print A4 in color and with acceptable quality in less than a minute per sheet, because now it takes all weekend to print / cut / laminate one game, and if the game is big, then more. If we formalize the requirements:
Critical: speed of color printing
Important: low cost of a print
Desirable: two-sided printing
Desirable: cost within 50,000 rubles.
Doesn't matter: print quality
I looked towards HP PageWide, but either the cost is more than 100k, or without CISS / PZK. And the cost of cartridges for them, even non-original ones, is ~ 13,000 per set, the resource is 3,000 at 5% filling = cheaper to order at a printing house. And Epsons with CISS are slow, even the most "advanced" models.
