What programs are there for quickly placing a signature and printing on documents?

I am looking for a convenient program that allows you to conveniently and quickly place a signature and stamp on documents.
Now I have to print, sign, then scan.
In Photoshop, this is not very convenient to do, although it is possible.
I googled only one program - "For Signature", but it is terribly inconvenient, besides, the full version is also terribly expensive.
I am looking for programs for both PC and Android.

You won't find better than Photoshop.

Throw seal and signature, right mouse button - Wrap text - Behind text. And drag the mouse wherever you want.
Send, or save as PDF and send

a bunch of Gimp + Nova pdf.
The first is a good photo editor, it can work with layers (what you need) - you print and sign on a transparent background, then copy it where you need it.
The second - is put into the system as a virtual printer, "prints a document" in PDF.
