3 phase voltage and current logger?

Good evening.
We choose SUBJ.
Input circuits - current transformers, voltage not higher than 0.4kV Sampling
time is less than 1ms.
Recording to SD is ideal. Permissible program recording on a PC.
Advise what to choose. So far we have settled on Fluke 1760 , but we do not fit in the budget a bit.
Does anyone have personal experience with such systems?
