2 video cards and problems with image settings. How to be?

We have a Lenovo z570 laptop.
There are 2 GeForce 540m + Intel cards in it.
We rearranged Win7 - got 2 problems:
1. It is not possible to look at the screen for a long time. After 20 minutes, the eyes begin to leak, and the skull cracks.
2. In the settings, the GeForce card is enabled globally, but the Nvidia settings do not work at all. But for some reason, Intel ones work ..
