Zyxel STB 1001s?

Good day. I have such a problem: there is an IPTV receiver Zyxel STB 1001s. Provider - Domolink (Rostelecom, Bryansk branch). When the set-top box was connected to the modem, the firmware began to load. It seems that everything loaded successfully, but on the next restarts, the message “ Upgrade Failed! ” began to appear on the screen. System halt, reset box ". Searches in Google and Yandex led to Rostelecom forums in other regions. They write there that you bring it to the service, you yourself will not do anything.
I have a question - has anyone encountered a similar problem? And if so, how did you solve it?
