Greetings!
I have a 3TB Western Digital MyBookLive device. It has a SAMBA server. After buying Zyxel Keenetic Giga 2, I can't connect to samba. The server itself is visible in the network environment, but the connection fails. It happens that the structure of the root directory is loaded, but it doesn’t go any further, the connection just hangs. From Windows SAMBA the server is not visible at all.
The storage is working properly, as everything works properly on the old TP-LINK MR3220. Homegroups match, subnet masks too.
Zyxel technical support responds for 5 days to each message (correspondence has probably been dragging on since February, they don’t help by phone).
Tell me, please, in which direction to dig :)
