How to set up folder backup via Samba?

Good afternoon. Available:
Backup server - debian.
Server with network folder - winserver2008.
Client - Samba
The folder is shared for each user of the domain, how can I connect to the folder and extract files from there?
How to automate this backup?

Or maybe a backup via Samba?
DeltaCopy to a server with Windows and take backup via rsync from debian on schedule. Or vice versa, schedule backup push from Windows to Debian.
