Zyxel Giga 2 torrents + surfing, access problems, what to do?

Good afternoon, there is Giga 2 working through l2tp connected to Beeline. The router distributes Wi-Fi, 3 laptops and 2 mobile phones are connected to it. If a torrent is launched on one of the laptops or something is downloaded through the same Steam, then firstly, the rest of the devices stop receiving the Internet, and secondly, sometimes Wi-Fi is cut down altogether and the connection breaks.
The question is where to dig, how to win, all the settings and logs are ready to show. The goal is torrent + surfing at the same time.

Хозяева ноутов - люди вменяемые?
Тогда пусть для начала ограничат скорость скачивания/отдачи торрентов в настройках своих торрент-качалок.
Про Steam - не знаю, можно ли ограничить.
