How to give an external IP to a Hyper-V guest?

Good evening.
Faced a problem. The provider gives two /30 subnets. How to give a guest machine an external ip?
at the moment both subnets are virtual interfaces on the router. I don’t see any solutions other than how to physically plug in 1 more cable.

And how does it give them? In different vlan? Or?
netmap won't work?
