Hello guys!
To be honest, I never set it, in general, I think I can figure it out, but maybe the good Samaritan will help!
I have a lot of servers (Debian and Windows)
A lot of Windows workstations and not a lot of MACs.
What an idea, I want to set up a server on Debian with the new Zabix and install a client on all servers and workstations, but I really have a lot of machines and they are all on different networks. And I would like such a beautiful window - "On a computer such and such SMART errors on such a computer have a temperature of 85 degrees." And they blink directly, and not look for them in a pile of 1000 cars. To just look, aha problem.
Tell me please:
Which version is better to take?
Are there ready-made clients with the metrics I want?
And the beautiful window, like in the movie? :)

Out of the box, there will be only the most common templates, but it’s not difficult to finish them: the network is full of articles on this topic and Zabbix has normal documentation. The main thing is to understand what parameters to monitor and what threshold values will be, well, then you start customizing the templates. Without this, alas, nothing.

Zabbix is quite easy to install, the Internet is full of instructions for every taste, but after installation we take a set of files and start bringing it to the required state - there are enough templates on the official website. I only monitor servers, jobs do not see the point - if there are problems, users will report.
