How to repack a TAR with ZIP files on the fly?
There is a .tar
file with some directory hierarchy, including .zip files with DEFLATE compression. Tell me by what means you can repack .tar on the fly (stdin, stdout) so that all .zip files are repacked without compression (ie, using the STORE method).
Do I need to write such a utility myself or is there such software?

During this time I did not find a way. We assume that the problem is unsolvable by standard Linux tools.
