Sharing the Internet via Bluetooth?

Good day to all. There is a question, the machine is running xubuntu 16.10, which connects either to vpn or through ssx/socks to forward traffic. The machine is connected to a wifi network, it is not possible to use ethernet. Question: How can I distribute the Internet on the iPhone so that the phone has ip vpn/socks/ssh at the output. The laptop can hardly be used as an access point, since it is already connected to a Wi-Fi network, but I read that it seems like you can organize it all through bluetooh. If needed, Lenovo ideapad s510p laptop. Thanks for the correct answers!

Since the laptop is already hooked up to wifi, then cling to the same point with an iPhone, make a gateway on the laptop, on the iPhone in the wifi settings, specify the ip of the laptop as the gateway

It will be correct to set up a vpn connection on a wifi router, and distribute the Internet through it.
Or, you need to switch the wifi router to access point mode and distribute the Internet using nat using iptables on the ubuntu wifi interface, in a word, act exactly the same as in the case of a wired connection.
