zabbix-server. Error while requesting API. How to fix?

Hello.
When accessing api (zabbix/api_jsonrpc.php) I get "code": -32700, "message": "Parse error", "data": "Invalid JSON. An error occurred on the server while parsing the JSON text."
Error both locally and remotely.
Has anyone encountered a problem? There is a solution?
Version: 4.0.3
