How to organize Zabbix-proxy on Windows?

Many monitoring clients are planned on zabbix, which have a gateway on windows. How can I organize a collection for zabbix-server through zabbix-proxy? I don’t consider Hyper-V with vm on Linux, since many do not have virtualization support.
As an option, install raspberryPi as a proxy for collecting information. Such resources are enough for the eyes, and it costs a little, but perhaps there is a solution for the software ..

I would not use Pi for this task, as it is very dangerous, although it is not clear how many clients there are.
And you do not plan to monitor switches? (with ports) ....
+ depending on how many parameters you will monitor from one host, I have on average
Groups of data elements (11) Data elements (65) Triggers (10) multiplied by the number of clients and we get that the disk subsystem of the monitoring system is loaded = (, and the pi's CPU will die ....
