Hello, I set up zabbix to monitor network printers, zabbix receives data, shows it and sends a letter to the mail at a specified time, BUT in this letter you can see only the Host name: {HOST.HOST} , I would like to see the number of toner and printed pages, I tried it like this {HOST.PageCounter} where pagecouner is the name of the data element for which the number of pages is taken, it’s also just inserted the oid of the device, but this same pid or {HOST.PageCounter} comes in the response letter without changes sad How to tell zabiks that I I want to see the variable and have it substitute the values ​​? (PageCouner is the name of the item that collects the number of pages from snmp using oid)

there is a field with the body of the letter, there you need to insert something like this:
1. {ITEM.NAME1} ({HOST.NAME1}:{ITEM.KEY1}): {ITEM.VALUE1}
2. {ITEM.NAME2} ({HOST.NAME2}:{ITEM.KEY2}): {ITEM.VALUE2}
