zabbix&httpd systems are running.
firewl&selinx off
Frontend (Web interface) does not work.
sho is wrong. I don't mind.

is this a Registration Form(possible) ?

Well, open the file on the line that is indicated and see what's there.
Try deploying a new Zabix for a test or on a virtual machine and copy this file.
Is this a new zabix or did it work for you before and crashed?
