Zabbix discovery doesn't recognize all interfaces?

I set up discovery rules in zabbix to recognize audio cards in the device.
There are only 8
cards. With the help of snmpwalk, it recognizes everything as it should, but with the help of zabbix-a, it displays only two audio cards. First and last.

Thanks for the help. Already figured it out. The error was when I filled in the item prototype fields for the discovery rule. Replaced SNMPINDEX with SNMPVALUE. Be careful and attentive

Strange, I don't see that out of the box zabbix can detect audio cards.
You can create your own detection rules in it. Through them, you can define anything.
On the host side, a script will be launched that should form a list of what needs to be detected. List in JSON format. The script naturally needs to be written most.
