YouTube! Who "fires" the content, the list of villains?

Everyone who works closely with YouTube knows that there has long been a content recognition system that most often redirects income from the video you uploaded to the “right holder” so to speak, this is half the trouble, but sometimes the video is automatically deleted and a complaint is automatically raised that does not allow more upload long videos (longer than 15) minutes. So, it would be nice to have a list of those villains who are shooting videos. I recently found out about NTV, which is deleting ... It's also interesting about euronews, etc. In general, if there is such a list, tell me, if there is no such list, let's do it!
I can do it myself, where to place it, etc., everything is there, but I’m not ready to spend time and effort on promotion yet ...
So far, the only way to check is to place a dubious video on a temporary account, and if it has been there for a week, then you can transfer it to your main one, at least I do it, if there are other ways, pls. share! And another question, is it worth writing an article about this, with similar nuances about complaints, etc.? Or is it unlikely to be useful and interesting?

@Deenamo

It would be very interesting to read an article on this topic - video content recognition, how it works.
