Your combinations for switching keyboard layouts?

To speed up typing and reduce errors, I use different key combinations to switch the keyboard.
For example: left Shift - English, left Ctrl - Russian.
Well, additional features are useful - switching the layout or register of the selected text.
You don't need to switch layouts.
I used to use Punto Switcher for this, but it broke after being bought by Yandex:
1. Constantly loses configuration
2. Causes full-screen applications to freeze (Far Cry 4, etc.). Exceptions don't help.
From the alternatives I tried:
Key Switcher (former Keyboard Ninja) - switching on such hotkeys does not work, although it is in the settings.
EveryLang - there are no necessary (one-button) keyboard shortcuts for switching, you cannot set your own.
Arum Switcher - has a lot of interfering non-switchable features, spoils the clipboard.
Recommend a good program.
