Connect is what? Login? Walk on the network to the machine? They are just different types of authorization. Regular means to prohibit simultaneous local login is unlikely to succeed. You can only limit the list of PCs on which the user can log in. There is a special field for this on the Account tab of the user properties in Active Directory Users and Computers.

I mean a local input on client stations. Restricting the list of PCs is not what you need. Then can someone tell me how to make a third-party solution?
