You need to prevent users from connecting to more than one machine in the domain at the same time. How to do it? I did not find a clear answer on the network, it is recommended to use UserLock.

Connect is what? Login? Walk on the network to the machine? They are just different types of authorization. Regular means to prohibit simultaneous local login is unlikely to succeed. You can only limit the list of PCs on which the user can log in. There is a special field for this on the Account tab of the user properties in Active Directory Users and Computers.
