Close internet access for certain users on server 2008r2?

In general, there is an RDP server, 1s is spinning on it.
~15 users connect to it and work in terminal mode.
Can I somehow disable internet access for a specific group of users on the server?
ps Internet is distributed directly through Mikrotik

To kill the Internet server in general, there is nothing for the Internet to do on the terminal.

Let the Internet through a proxy or disable the launch of the browser

connect kerio firewall if the resource allows: kerio-rus.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=2756
but in general, yes, it's easier for everyone to stupidly cut off the Internet, leave only nodes for data exchange
