Yandex.Money: Identification for Ukraine

Yandex.Money has blocked the wallet and requires identification.
I understand that I have accepted their “Use Agreement” and I cannot use the wallet if I am not a resident of the Russian Federation.
Perhaps known methods of identification for Ukraine? What do you advise?

I consider it idiocy that Yandex, being a large company with a branch in the same Ukraine, does not allow Ukrainians to use Yandex.Money. But even if you register a wallet, it is also impossible to link it to WebMoney from Ukraine. Rave? Rave. But reality.
