Where can I get areas of Russian cities in the form of polygons?
Hello,
There was a task to determine the area to which the entered address belongs in the cities of Russia. The geocoder accesses the Yandex API and returns the longitude and latitude values for the requested address. On my side, I determine which zone (polygon) the given point belongs to.
Question. Are there ready-made polygons in the format of a list of points lat / long for Russian cities? For starters, Moscow and St. Petersburg will be enough. I really don’t want to draw polygons with my hands if this information is already available somewhere. Polygons must be in the standard Yandex Maps projection.
