Yandex.money and alpha.click sites not working?

There has been no response from the site all evening today. It is also not included in the Alfa.Click personal account. on the Alfa Bank website. The feeling that they are being attacked by DDos. Or is it just my problem?

Alpha works, but it takes a long time to get stuck after entering the password (maybe this delay was introduced on purpose against brute-forcers, it’s quite logical). I don't know about YAD.
