How to allow access to another person in yandex metric?

Hello,
I need Yandex metrics statistics from one site, but access to html, etc. I don't have one for him. I communicated with the administrators of this site, they opened individual access to me in Yandex metric (added my mail from Yandex in the counter settings)
Then I went to Yandex metric under my account, added a new site and indicated the domain of that site, it appeared in my lists , but there is no data itself and it says that the code on the page was not found.
What am I doing wrong? How can I access those statistics?

If the administrator of the counter has opened access to view the data of the counter to your login, then when you enter the list of counters at metrika.yandex.ru, you should immediately see the counter to which access was granted in this list. You do not need to create a new counter for this.
