How to correctly set coordinates for yandex static api?

Here is the url.
https://static-maps.yandex.ru/1.x/?ll=49.987955,36...
where 49.987955,36.229212 are the coordinates of Kharkov city. The coordinates are taken from Yandex itself, specifically from here https://yandex.ru/maps/147/kharkiv/?source=serp_na...
But I get a completely different place in response.
